Upon discussion with the food manager there are several items that are cooked, cooled and re-heated for next day service. Such items include but not limited to: several soups, Mac and cheese, hard boiled eggs (air cooled in walk-in), and general left overs from previous day. Facility is between 700-900 meals daily. There is a large number of special dietary needs that must be met by the facility.
