Comments: Food temperatures good both hot and cold. Discussed with operator- Must replace stem thermometer. Can barely read dial. Noted: Only has a three bay sink. Uses for handwash and food prep also. Reminder to operator that hand wash sink must be available for handwash during hours of operation, therefore sink is not to be used for washing dishes during this time. Education provided on cpr needs, and recommend uncovering permit so can be read by public. Contact this office at 518-793-3893 when corrections are done. Please be advised that all violations not addressed in a timely manner are subject to enforcement action.
