Education provided that if any potentially hazardous pizzas are held at room temperature a waiver must be obtained from NYSDOH GFDO. Stem probe thermometer must be obtained prior to opening of business on 2/18/17 and proof of purchase submitted to NYSDOH GFDO. All other violations to be corrected by 3/17/17. Please submit a list of each violation and the corrective actions taken by 3/17/17.
