Comments: All violations must be corrected in a timely manner and are subject to enforcement. Comment only: there was a vacmaster vacuum sealer machine present in the facility at time of inspection. Chef states that the owner’s son-in-law uses it to vacuum seal his personal food items, which he then brings those personal food items home with him and nothing that is vacuum sealed in this machine is served to the public. Inspector did not observe any vacuum sealed food/food products on the premises at time of inspection. This is an unapproved piece of equipment and cannot be on the premises and must be removed immediately. If facility wishes to use the vacuum sealer on the premises, they must obtain a waiver and have it approved for reduced oxygen packaging from the New York State Department of Health Glens Falls District Office prior.

Observed a hole in the drop ceiling directly outside the kitchen. All violations to be corrected or enforcement actions may be pursued.
