Demonstrated how to properly calibrated a dial thermometer using an ice bath. Discussed required cooking temperatures for foods and provided a chart for display. Discussed ill food worker policy and CIAA with owner and staff. Provided employees hand washing sings and a choking poster for display.

Prime rib sandwich being plated for service temped at 171ºF. Discussed the proper procedures required for preparing macaroni salad. Discussed ill food worker policy, CIAA and new e-cigarettes requirements with owner and staff. Provided no smoking, no vaping signs for display. The dish washing room was recently remodeled with a new ceiling and walls.
