Comments: Discussed with food worker about cleaning various non food contact surfaces more often as many had a build up of grease and food debris. Also discussed fixing the standing cooler in entryway to kitchen which had a degrading seal. Found bin of shelled eggs sitting out next to grill. Food worker explained that they had only been out a short time (less than an hour) and had been in an ice bath. Shortly afterwards, he placed back in cooler as they were running slow. Discussed sick worker policy as well as CIAA. Offered new hand wash stickers and no smoking signs.
