Comments: Ehrlich Pest Control Company treated last on 12/10/2015; pest control report comments state "inspection made for signs of pest activity. Bait replaced in rtu bait stations. Rodent control inspected and serviced. Fruit fly issue is coming from trough drain under bagel oven. This should be cleaned regularly to eliminate this breeding source." Report does not indicate any treatment performed to eliminate fruit flies at time of last pest control visit. Reinspection required. Establishment will have ten business days to shedule and conduct treatment for fruit flies. (If treatment is completed and pests erradicated at time of reinspection, this violation will be abated. If treatment is performed and some pests persist -- to a lesser degree -- the situation may be monitored.
