Comments: 1H - At 2:50 Inspector was examining beer cooler in bar area and found a bottle of beer had frozen and exploded leaving glass shards strewn about the cooler. Glass ended up in a container of sliced fruit used for drinks. Fruit voluntarily discarded. No further action required. Corrected 5C - At 2:15 inspector found 3 pieces of prime rib on steam table and temped them to be 51 degrees. As per cook, beef had been placed on the line about 30 min before to keep warm.
