Attempted to repair, but repair is insufficient. 12E: Soap dispenser in ladies room still broken, not smooth and easily cleanable. 15A: Basement walk-in floor and dry storage floor are bare concrete, not smooth and easily cleanable. Some holes in old concrete and stone foundation, near stairs. One stair is still broken and all are worn, bare wood, not smooth and easily cleanable. Ceiling in upstairs backroom damaged and falling. Building is now Mr. Spacone's. He just recently received the deed.

Temped with inspector's calbirated thermopen and foiund to be 58oF. Cook said it was kept there so beef could be reheated per order. Instruction was given as to why that was a violation. Voluntarily discarded. 8F: 3 large slabs of ground meat, one steak and one large bag of chicken wings were found thawing on counter and in sink, respectively. 10B: Ceiling of walk-in is split at the seam, not smooth and easily cleanable. 12D: The floors in the ladies room are in disrepair. Tiles are missing and large sections are painted wood that is severely worn. 12E: Soap dispenser in ladies room is broken. 15A: Basement walk-in floor and dry storage floor are bare concrete, not smooth and easily cleanable. There are some holes in the basement wall near the stairs, and some stairs are broken and worn. The Ceiling in the back room of restaurant is damaged and falling.

The other thermometer was accurate. Corrected 5E - Pepsi cooler temp'd at 48 degrees, items in the cooler also temp'd at 48 degrees. Since the food in the cooler was were fresh vegetables, condiments,and bread items they were moved to another cooler voluntarily. 8E - Thermomter missing from bar cooler(temp. 40 degrees 8E - Pepsi cooler in kitchen and deli unit in kitchen also missing thermometers. 10B - Basement walkin unit has bare wood walls and bare concrete floor - not smooth and easily cleanable 11B - Bar sanitizer bucket not set up . 15A - Ceiling in back room in disrepair due to roof leaking,ceilling tiles missing in other areas of room including above door to kitchen area. 15A - Ladies room and mens room have cracked and missing parts of floor tiles.
