Observed 2 teachers using bare hand contact with cooked turkeys and two crockpots of mashed potatoes at approx 110 F. Mashed potatoes - some were cooked today... some yesterday and reheated today. No gloves nor thermometer in room. Please review entire report for violations and dispositions. Per Principal... this food event will have food prepared in cafeteria from now on. |
