Per conversation with Principal (Diane)...Teachers are hosting a thanksgiving lunch for several classes of students. Turkeys are from Tops Mkts. cooked in crockpots at school. Observed 2 teachers using bare hand contact with cooked turkeys and two crockpots of mashed potatoes at approx 110 F. Mashed potatoes - some were cooked today... some yesterday and reheated today. No gloves nor thermometer in room. Please review entire report for violations and dispositions. Per Principal... this food event will have food prepared in cafeteria from now on.
