Comments: NOTES: -There was a bag of potatoes. There were two potatoes that had evidence of silver scurf. The owner was instructed about this and the two potatoes were discarded. -Cold holding temperatures were excellent! -Adequate thermometers in all refrigerators. -Restrooms were clean. NOTES: Tablet at the time of ispection was having issues. Sanitarian had re-boot tablet several times and the tablet froze several times.
