Comments: 1) This is the second 2018 routine inspection. 2) No violations were observed during the Inspection. 3) Menu: Chicken nuggets, carrots, pizza, sandwiches, fruit cups, apples and milk. 4) Lunch temperature are evaluated 3 times, once at the main school and twice at the elementary school. Two temperatures were documented on a temperature log sheet and the third temperature was scheduled to be taken after I left. 5) General discussion with staff about cross-contaminating surfaces with damp wiping clothes that are not properly stored in sanitizer solution of adequate concentration between uses. | ||

The "fun lunch" was a muffin, yogurt, cheese stick, choice of fruit or celery and milk. The lunches are prepared at Northerneastern Clinton High school cafeteria and transported to the Rouses Point Elementary school. The lunch items are temped at the high school and labeled with the temperature. When the lunch arrives at the elementary school the temperatures are evaluated upon arrival and between the second or third lunch period. All 3 temperatures are documented on a temperature logged. |
