Item 11A: Manual facilities inadequate, technique incorrect; mechanical facilities not operated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions Item 11B: Wiping cloths dirty, not stored properly in sanitizing solutions Comments: Menu: Hard boiled eggs, carrots, whole cherry tomatoes, crackers, individual packaged applesauce, milk and ranch dressing. Lunch is served from 11:00am to 12:30pm. The lunch is prepared at the Legion on Pratt St. the night before and stored in a walk-in cooler. Food items considered potentially public health hazard are tempted before leaving the Legion and when received and documented. Temperature logs are also keep for the Refrigerators and coolers. |
