Comments: Staff proves to be very knowledgeable when reviewing cooking, cooling procedures. Chefs cleaned several items during inspection. Freezer has been tuned up and is in nice shape. New cold holding preparation station will substantially help maintain required temperatures. New ice machine was needed and will be an effective asset.
