Thermocuople readings of tuna salad and deli meats suchas roast beeef noted at 65 F and 53 F respectively. FSE operator uses ice to cold hold these foods but ice inadiquate, unit to be repaired ASAP. Corrected by removal of all hazardous foods from said unit to opposite lowboy unit that can cold hold 45 F or less. discussed.
