Facility is awaiting a quote for replacing the front service counter. The dishwasher does achieve proper temperature for washing and sanitizing (hot water) rinsing but does require time to recover between uses. A booster heater my be needed to maintain proper temperatures during busier periods.

The Operator hopes to install new countertops in the front service area while the facility is shut down for the installations. Operator continues to search for a new dishwasher unit that will meet the needs of their kitchen.
