Comments: Upon arrival, manager on duty alerted me to the fact that the walk in cooler was not in temperature. They had already moved all potentially hazardous foods out of the walk in and into other coolers that are working. The only food remaining in that cooler is shredded cheese, pizza dough, and some unopened salad dressings. Recheck the walk in cooler next week, informally, to verify it has been fixed.
