In addition, service reports must be sent regularly to Monroe County Department of Public Health in order to show that the day care facility is being serviced on a regular schedule by a licensed exterminator due to the recurrence of this issue. Item 14A: Insects, rodents present Comments: Entry points have reportedly been sealed by ABC Pest cControl and the owner, Karen, stated on the phone that her technician did not see any signs of mouse activity in the establishment when he visited on August 13th and 22nd. It is strongly recommended that a licensed exterminator be hired for regular service and that bait boxes or traps be implemented throughout the establishment. It is also recommended that a different exterminator be hired to fully inspect the facility. |
