Comments: the area of the basement where there was a recent sewage spill appeared to be cleaned up and the area was dried with calcium chloride as powdered lime was unavailable at the time of cleanup. sewage odors in the basement area are minimal and there did not appear to be any sewage odor in the dining area.

Comments: Notes: Restroom floors clean of debris and missing tiles. Food prep area floors in kitchen shows no sign of missing and/or damaged tiles. No signs of missing or damaged tiles and/or flooring under carpets in kitchen area. Discussed with Operator that hand washing station cold water tap needs to be fixed and that the hot water tap connection in between sinks needs to be fixed so that water does not flow into sink adjacent from it when turned on. Proper sanitizer available. Wiping rags properly stored in sanitizer solution for disinfecting food prep counters. Proper bare hand barriers in place, I.e., glove use and tongs observed in use while handling foods. Cold temps. ok in coolers.
