Comments: The purpose of this visit to the above facility was to discuss the the violation of food being stored under sources of potential contamination. The facility has mutually agreed to relocate the current food storage to a small store room on the right side to help mitigate contamination of their products in storage. The facility has agreed to have this completed by close of business Tuesday November 20, 2017. The facility had been notified that the Department will be in contact with them to discuss long term corrective actions for the floor issues that are impacting the food storage area in the basement.
