Per interview with owner, Robert OKeefe, dirty mop water is disposed of onto the ground surface in back of facility. There is no designated mop sink at establishment. Provided education. Until a separate designated mop sink is installed, dirty mop water must be disposed of into a sanitary sewer. Disposing dirty mop water onto the ground surface is prohibited. 3. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner. |
