| Comments: The storage of food was observed to be proper. Staff stated that the majority of food served is pre made cold food. Some of the food items served are ham and cheese, turkey and cheese. tuna fish, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, bagels, chicken tender wraps, and boscoe sticks. Today staff was observed to be serving chicken tender wraps and peanut butter and jelly. The chicken tenders were temperature checked at 46.0 degrees F. For drinks chocolate milk and orange juice were served. These items were observed in a cooler and to be cold. | ||
