Comments: A food saver with bags was found in the facility. the operator was informed that no food is to be packaged in Reduced oxygen packing without an approved plan to do so. I will be sending the Forms for approving the process. The facility was clean and organized in general. All refrigeration was in temperature. walkin chicken 36deg F. reach in near cook line 38deg F. prep units ok. Coke cooler 44deg F. Facility does have posting of the unfiltered after.
