Please clean test tube, obtain new DPD-1 tablets to test free chlorine, and only use 5 mL of water in test tube. Operator supplied CNA paperwork for TC sample submitted 4/7/16. Please ensure that facility doesn't prepare more food than your coolers can properly cool and cold hold. Facility does not have a walk-in cooler so cannot cool large amounts of product at a time. All violations to be corrected or enforcement actions may be pursued.
