Chlorine residual @ 1.0 ppm DWEP staff from this department on staff to evaluate water system and if bottled water order can be lifted. All surfaces which had been previously contaiminated have been sanitized and cleaned. All but one outstanding violation has been corrected. Food service facility ok to operate.
