A dpd chlorine test kit was used to test for a free chlorine residual at facility. No chlorine residual was found at facility. Facility is being placed on a boil water. Complaint of a dog being allowed to walk on bar and table tops addressed. No dogs were in facility at the time of inspection. Staff stated only service dogs are allowed in facility.
