The UV light was inspected and a red sensor light was on at the time of inspection- as per operator, this light controls flows. This was discussed by telephone with L. Piraino at the time of inspection and was acceptable she said. Training on the UV was given to Chris Brady at the time of inspection and a water sample was taken today. Note, facility is only open on weekends in March. Reinspect after 1 month. Please note, repeat violations or four or more red items violations within 3 years are subject to possible enforcement action.
