Item 11A: Manual facilities inadequate, technique incorrect; mechanical facilities not operated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions Comments: Comments only: 1. Per interview with staff, all kitchen employees use the restroom located in the owner's nearby private apartment. I was not granted access to this restroom for inspection purposes. Staff indicated that a common hand towel is used to dry hands in this restroom and then hung back up on towel rack. Reusing common hand towels for hand drying is a violation. Staff indicated that they are told to use the employee handwash sink located in kitchen after using this restroom. Please posted signage at the kitchen employee handwash sink stating that all employees must wash their hands immediately after using restroom in owner's private apartment. 2. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner. |
