Comments: kitchen very clean, handwash station/soap dispensor installed after inspection last year, chlorination system replaced with UV light system, shelving in walk-in cooler has been replaced, temperatures of hot held baked beans (150F), Chili (178F), potato soup (161F), thermometers present in all coolers, flooring cracked in dishwash room but does not pose tripping hazard, all tripping hazard notes from previous inspection have been corrected, strong bleach solution in bucket used to clean tables, dishwasher solution strong as well.

We recommend a handwashing station be installed in the bakery and/ or dish area to provide an easily accessable area for hand washing. Discussed proper cooling procedures using ice wands for chili, provided literature regarding proper procedures. Provided tongs and instruction for proper food handling procedures. Please correct the above items in a timely manner. Kitchen was very clean.
