Comments: M & C contracting on site, the line has been hydro-jetted and cleared, facility is still trying to find out if there is a problem with the pipe leading to the main. The Village of Monticello has ordered the facility closed until such time as a determination can be made in regards to the line from the food service to the main. The pipe is now flowing but is not fully cleared, plumbing company cannot get their camera through the pipe to the street. Village of Monticello is making a decision at this point on if the facility can re-open at this point. Hot water heater has been replaced at the time of inspection.
