Comments: The purpose of this re-inspection was to check all items that were noted on the February 27, 2015. Pre-operational inspection for the upgrades to the above facility. It was noted that during the visit that a new doorway will be reinstalled at the south end of the cook line. All other items that were noted appear to have been corrected as required. Items included cleaning on the cook line and other areas of cleaning. The above facility may continue to operate at this time. It is highly recommended that the above facility maintains the facility at this level or higher in the future.
