Comments: Facility has been placed on a boil water. Boil water info has been emailed to the owners of facility. Permit renewal paperwork was left with kitchen manager Dan. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action. The walk in refrigerator was operating at 45F. The walk in refrigerator should be inspected to ensure is can maintain below 45F. The lemons at the waitress station were being stored in a container without a serving utensil. Be sure that server staff are not serving lemons with their bare hands.

Operator Pete states that he mailed the application to Glens Falls District Office about 2 weeks ago. Called the office at the time of inspection and no application has been logged into the system.
