No food service noted but some prep done. 15C - Couch found in backroom - used for the elderly staff to rest on. |

Owner's nephew came and was able to shut faucet off. Corrected. 12E: Handwash sink fully stocked, but inaccessible in kitchen area. 15A: Food splatter evident on some walls in kitchen area. |

Pakoras (veg) discarded at this time. 10B- Cardboard used to line storage shelves, kitchen floor at this time. 11B- Wiping cloths not stored in sanitzer. 11C- Work surfaces not sanitized properly. 12E- Handwash sink not accessible, mop sink not accessible- presently used for pot storage. |
