Comments: reinspection conducted on December 14th. Solution to refrigerated unit not cooling to 45 is to remove door and seal unit with heavy plastic and duct tape it so unit above can still be used. The top cold hold unit is cooled with a combination of the lower unit and food packed in ice.

Comments: gasket needed to be replaced on refrigerator. Potentially hazardous food was moved out of cooler and vegetables were the only items stored in cooler. The unit was older and gasket hard to locate. The restaurant was also closed for two weeks in late december and january. confirmation of the correction was made on January 14, 2011.
