Use bleach and water in bucket with wiping cloths. 3.In parking lot, clean the grease holding tank or call company to service. (To avoid rodents) 4.I will reinspect grease tanks on July 25. Regrading complaint on 6/26 there are no flies present anywhere and workers in food service wear gloves with ready to eat sandwiches and salads. The supply is on every prep table in kitchen. Floors and all coolers are clean and improved since March 2017 from previous requests to correct storage areas and garbage. Thank you!
