Also discussed the proper storage of raw shell eggs with Gary. The Air Temperature of the Walk-In Cooler was 33 degrees F and a plastic storage bag of hot dogs in the M3 Turbo Two Door Reach-In Cooler was measured to be 42 degrees F. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in May 2015. The operator inquired concerning a company the could come by to clean the vent pipes and fan on the ventilation system. Report must be mailed.
