The chicken was discarded after this was brought to Leo's attention. I discussed proper thawing techniques with Leo at the time of inspection. Note: Several hand wash stations set up in the dining hall for campers to use lack hot/tempered running water. Proper hand washing requires using hot/tempered running water. Must correct all violations immediately and send Corey DiLorenzo an email at [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than August 28, 2013. |
