ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE KITCHEN HAS BEEN COVERED WITH PLASTIC TARPING. THE CEILING IN THE KITCHEN HAS BEEN REMOVED. ******PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL MATERIALS THAT ARE INSTALLED MUST BE FOOD GRADE, NSF APPROVED, SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE, NON PORUS. *********ALSO NOTE THAT THERE IS ALOT OF FOOD IN THE WALK INOX AND RODENT DROPPINGS ARE STILL PRESENT.
