Comments: Chicken wings were not cooked properly. Current procedure involves cooking wings for approximately 5 minutes and holding them until orders come into kitchen and then cooking them for 15 minutes. The temperature of the wings that were precooked was 92F. This was corrected by disposing of the precooked wings. Sliced tomatoes were not held below 45F. This was corrected by disposing of the tomatoes. Thermometer in Commander cooler was not accurate and reads 48F when inspectors thermometer reads 40F. This was corrected by placing a new thermometer inside the cooler. Light in storage area is not shielded. Inspection was conducted in conjunction with a complaint inspection.
