I also mentioned to the operator that this unit appeared to going through a Defrost cycle at about 12:06 to 12:15 PM. They need to call us when this unit is able to consistently maintain a temperature below 45 degrees F. The temperature of the following items in the Walk-In Cooler were measured (degrees F): Veggie Chili - 38.0 and Salsa - 37.1. Report emailed. |
