Owner noticed yesterday afternoon that the frezzer was failing and called for repair. Temperatures taken from the walk in refrigerator are addressed in 5A, all other refrigeration units were found to be acceptable. Ultraviolet disinfection unit for the water system is operating, unit has no intensity meter. |
