Comments: At beginning of inspection repair men are noted working on the walk in frezzer which is located adjoining to the walk in refrigerator. Temperatures in the walkin frezzer are 37 and colder, all foods checked still retain ice crystals except for one box of ice cream which has gone soft. Owner noticed yesterday afternoon that the frezzer was failing and called for repair. Temperatures taken from the walk in refrigerator are addressed in 5A, all other refrigeration units were found to be acceptable. Ultraviolet disinfection unit for the water system is operating, unit has no intensity meter.
