Comments: Meat slicer is clean, sewage in bucket has been thrown out, new hood filters put in, hood has been thoroughly cleaned, unfinished walk-in floor has been painted, area on and around stove and fryer has been throughly cleaned. Very happy with the work that has been done. Still a few things to work on but overall a big improvement.

Comments: Multiple violations on the inspection report need to be corrected when I come back for a reinspection, specifically cleaning of stoves and stove area, covering of all food, cleaning of hood filters, replacement of hood filter, disposal of sewage water, finishing the floor in walk-in cooler etc. Operator stated that he will have these items done by November 21st, 2015. After this date I will come back for a reinspection. Annual fee (check for $210.00) and fee schedule were received.
