The following temperatures were measured (degrees F): walk-In Cooler - Sliced Deli Ham - 42.7, Sliced Deli Jalapeño Cheese - 38.6, Sliced Deli Turkey - 40.0; Traulsen Reach-In Cooler - Chicken Strips - 32.5; Sandwich Line Cooling Strip - Tuna Salad - 45.9, Sliced Deli Turkey - 45.7, Sliced Deli Ham - 47.2. The Final Rinse on the Mechanical Dish Washer was 182 degrees F. The Fire Suppression System on the Ventilation Hood was inspected in May 2015. Report e-mailed.
