Staff has been monitoring and maintaining >140 F. Egg sandwiches and chicken sandwiches are usually discarded or eaten by staff. Burgers are sometimes used on the next day for other menu items. Re-Inspection was 30 minutes after serve and temperature was not able to be checked. Staff left over burger in office was 120 F.
