Recommend purchasing digital stem-probe thermometer to allow for faster temperature checks. 3. Ansel system and fire extinguisher do not have tags on them indicating last inspection date.

Comments: Comments only: Could not verify that the ice machine is equipped with an indirect drain to waste. Drain line went through kitchen floor into basement. In discussion with owner drain line goes into a sump pump and the basement is full of cobwebs and is not easy to maneuver through storage. All violations must be corrected no later than 2/16/15.
