Discussed dented can policy with Charmaine Long. A few severely dented canned food items were found on dry storage shelves in the basement. In discussion with Charmaine, volunteers originally stock the shelves, but when staff pack boxes with canned goods to be delivered to the food pantry, the staff are trained to check for dented cans at that time. 2. Paper towel dispenser in restroom is currently not operational. Brown paper towels are placed on back of toilet until dispenser is repaired. All remaining violations must be corrected no later than 10/6/15. Must send Corey DiLorenzo an email to [email protected] addressing corrective actions taken to all cited violations no later than 10/6/15. |
