Comments: Comments only: 1. Per interview with the cook, dirty mop water is sometimes disposed of outside on the ground surface and other times into the 3-compartment sink. Provided education. Dirty mop water cannot be disposed of onto the ground surface. If a sink is used to dispose mop water, the sink must be thoroughly disinfected immediately afterwards. 2. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.

As precaution, the cook transferred all foods in this cooler to a properly functioning cooler immediately. Advised that this cooler receives service and is capable of cold holding all foods below 45°F at all times before using. Must submit copy of service report to the Glens Falls District Office. 2. Capacity on Permit Application states "20?" and on actual Permit to Operate states "Stand Up or Take Out Only." To follow up with Town of Queensbury on how many seats this facility is allowed to have. At the time of the inspection, I counted 34 seats. 3. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.

CPR equipment required is two adult CPR masks, two child CPR masks, 4 pair of sanitary gloves, bio bag, all kept in a location where can be accessed quickly with a poster notifying the public of its whereabouts. Discussed food storage near or under sewer waste lines. All food temperatures in acceptable range. Notes: handwash stickers and posters.
