Comments: Investigating complaint received on 12-31-2018. Complaint was discussed with Manager . Time as a Public Health Control system was discussed and inspected. Up-to-date labels were present on all temperature controlled- items. Stickers were complete with dates and discard times. Wash-Rinse-Sanitize procedure was discussed with manager and sanitizer tank was clean and sanitizer solution was tested to be correct with test strip. Manager stated that there are two separate stacks of baking trays used for bacon and chocolate cookies respectively. Proper washing of produce prior to prep was discussed.

Complaint: Manager states that he has had issues with patrons bringing animals in to the facility and that he asks them to leave when he sees it. Manager stated that it happened a few weeks ago and he asked the patron to leave. Manager also stated that he has not had anyone make a complaint of illness and that he is aware that if an illness complaint is made that it needs to reported to NYSDOH GFDO within 24 hours.
