Exhaust fan guards over the grill were very clean. Manager has done a good job of developing a cleaning schudule and sticking to it. The exhaust fan over the top of the stainless steel refrigerator is lacking a cover the fan is metal and could cause injury to an employee. Please made a cover for this fan to prevent injury. proper glove use was observed at the time of the inspection. |
