Comments: Reinspection resulted in many corrections including a desinated dented can area, no clams casino on the menu, no raw over cooked, a chemical storage area in the bathroom, the clear door refrigerator maintaining temps below 45F, no tomatos being stored in the refrigerator, salads stacked with wax paper between, all shelving units contained cleanable surfaces, cleaned ice machine, soda machine was cleaned by pepsi, butter container had tin foil covering, cloths had been removed from interior of beer coolers and replaced with cleanable surface, employee bathroom had self closing door and paper towels and womens restroom had hand wash sign, ceiling tile was added to area above the kitchen prep area, and sheet pans were added underneath the raw meat in the walk in cooler. Indirect drain was attempted but the effluent pipe was still about a centimeter away from the bottom of the cup, not producing a sufficient air gap. Also, cleaning near the stove had been atrempted, but there was still significant build up of grease on the fryer wall and on the fryer legs and on the floor near the fryer. | ||
